I'm Kristopher Jafeth, business automation consultant and CEO of NOVATECH Software Agency. With 5+ years leading technology projects in production, I help companies across LATAM replace manual work with integrated systems: CRM, ERP, n8n workflows and AI agents.
I started as a developer. Today I make the business, product and architecture decisions that make technology work. I'm based in Maracaibo, Venezuela, working remotely with companies across LATAM and Hispanic-owned businesses in the US.
